If you are planning to submit a Student Award application, this session is for you!
With the application deadline on February 1st, we invite student members to a workshop where we will give information, answer questions, and provide feedback and assistance on applications in progress. The event will take place online on MS Teams, in the CIRMMT Students Hub group.
This workshop is offered annually by CIRMMT's student representatives.

- 2:15-2:45 - Presentations by previous awards recipients
- 2:15 - Song Wang

- 2:45-3:00: Q&A session with panel of presenters
- 3:00-3:25: Talk with CIRMMT director (Fabrice Marandola) and executive committee, including information about special awards that have been added for 2021.
- 3:25-4:00: Individual/group assistance
- Get feedback and advice on your project and application from the panel
