This workshop will focus on infrastructure for music discovery developed as part of the Single Interface for Music Score Searching and Analysis (SIMSSA) Project at McGill University. Topics will include Optical Music Recognition, developing ground truths for machine learning, building a data model for symbolic music, the IIIF Audio/Visual Standard, and music and linked data. Special guest Sally Jo Cunningham will participate in a group discussion to conclude the workshop.
