Talent, Research and Job Fair at CIRMMT

CIRMMT is organizing a speed dating event for students, academics and industrials, in order to facilitate the development of new collaborations within the music and media community.

Each participant will register in one of the three categories (students, academics and industrials) and will be offered to present his/her projects and/or needs during an hour long time slot. This hour is broken down in 12 periods of 5 minutes (see schedule below for details). Participants who are not presenting are invited to wait in line at each booth, in order to engage in a private conversation with the exhibitor of their choice.

Industrial and academic exhibitors are invited to bring a laptop to the booth to showcase their projects/needs. A billboard will be made available in each booth and can be used by presenters to pin their own signage and attractive visuals. Each of the 10 booths features a billboard, an electrical outlet, one table and two chairs (additional chairs available).

Students are also invited to bring hardcopies of their CV or resume.

Registration

This event is free and open to the members of the public from the aforementioned categories, with registration.

Please note that the application and registration for presenters is now closed.

Due to possible space constraints, priority will be given to CIRMMT members (students, collaborators, and regular CIRMMT members). Non-CIRMMT members are welcome to register.

Lunch will be provided for all registered participants registered before April 10th.
